In this unique experience, we use movement, breathwork and other modalities to help you step into your Divine Potential. You were created to succeed. Choose into healing your body and spirit to embody your soul.

WHAT TO EXPECT? Wear something comfortable! You will be moving, breathing and wiggling. You may want to bring a sweater as the weather cools. High levels of respect. This is a safe space to feel, express and heal, we ask that everyone respect others journey.
